Humberto Ramirez
Vice President of Operations
Humberto arrived to Nogales back in 1989 and since then has developed deep roots in both (US/MX) Nogales communities. He has earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Sonora as Public Accountant. Later in 2002, he earned his certification as a CPA.
His professional experience started on an accounting/Legal firm in Hermosillo where he was the head of the accounting department, then accepted a role on the payroll and HR department for the regional branch of a major insurance company and finally settle in the Maquiladora industry / Shelter Service Program back in 2000, where he has work since then. His positions through the years has been: Finance Manager, Controller, Operations Manager, General Manager and currently as Vice President of Operations.
Joshua Rubin
Vice President - Business Development
Joshua has a Bachelor’s degrees from Vanguard University in Cultural Anthropology and a Minor in Military Science from Cal State University Fullerton. He served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer and Company Commander of a Drill Sergeant Unit, he was deployed in direct support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2015/2016, and has managed teams and groups from 45 to over 250 soldiers.
Josh joined the Javid team in 2013 and was one of the key developers of Javid’s Quality Department. In the years he was working in the department. His positions throughout the years have been: Quality Manager, EH&S Supervisor, Customer Service Manager, Project Manager, and Vice President of Business Development.
He sits on the Board of Directors of both the AMS/INDEX and Greater Nogales Santa Cruz County Port Authority, as well as, supports the Boys and Girls Club of Santa Cruz County, and has built a strong relationship with CBP/Border Patrol Authorities, as well as City, County and State Governments on both sides of the border.
Roberto "Bob" Klosek
Founder and President
Bilingual, well-versed, and well experienced in U.S. and Mexico Manufacturing business practices. Bob has run companies in both the U.S. and Mexico during his extensive more than 45-year career. Since 1983, when he founded Javid Mexico & Javid LLC. Bob’s strengths were in Plant Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Engineering and reducing operational costs.
For over 10 years Bob served as a Lean Manufacturing-World Class Mfg. consultant for various companies in different countries. He now lends support to Javid’s customers in reducing operational costs and implementing “lean” practices and processes.
Richard Rubin
CEO/ Co-Owner
For more than 40 years Richard has had the opportunity to run companies in both the U.S. and Mexico. During this time his “hands on approach” in Team Building Manufacturing, Materials, and Administration have launched companies in Sonora, Mexico from green field operations to manufacturing sites with more than 450 employees. These manufacturing operations were ISO/TS certified and a culture was established that made them World Class businesses competing in a world market environment.
In 2007, Richard joined Javid LLC/Javid Mexico as the CEO/Co-Owner and Javid has become one of the best run Mexican Shelter Service Providers in all of Mexico, giving our clients the peace of mind that Javid LLC has their backs and making sure they operate at the highest level of confidence.
